The greatest value we provide is something you’ll never see…

Beyond top-tier equipment, a tight-knit production team, and high-quality video, one of our greatest value adds to every project is something you don’t see: our intricate backup system.

Spoken Frame Media Backup System

Throughout the production process, it’s our goal to ensure you don’t have to stress about your footage.

It’s our job to keep it safe.

Our multi-step backup workflow is reliable (and redundant) where it matters most - the type of job that, when done right, should go unnoticed.

Filming is an expensive part of the process. Often, we capture events that can’t be recreated or film interviews with people that can’t be reshot.

And even if filming goes well, an inadequate backup system would mean lots of time and money wasted.\

That’s why we designed our backup process to have multiple copies.

Plus, we back everything up to Google Drive, making it easy to share raw footage with clients.

Because our system is scalable, we can safely keep old footage. In fact, we’ve kept every piece we’ve ever shot from the past seven years, making it easy for us to repurpose clips for future projects.

Of course, we hope we don’t encounter any dire technical issues, but if we do, you can rest easy knowing we have a tried-and-true backup system.

Check out the video below for a high-level overview of how our system is set up.
