How we helped a local art shop win $10,000
10x10 Gallery - a local art shop serving the Madison area and beyond - is about so much more than art.
After receiving a diagnosis of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, 10x10 owner and artist - Allana - began creating stickers to raise awareness for young adult cancer.
Her creative efforts have since blossomed into a donation-based art shop selling items to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Allana reached out to Spoken Frame Media for help creating a video to enter
Bubblr’s “Boost Your Future Contest,” where contestants had a chance at
winning up to $20,000.
We created a one-minute video highlighting her story and her plans for the money.
15 semi-finalists were chosen, guaranteed a $500 prize, and were entered into another voting round. For two weeks, people could vote once per day
To collect as many votes as possible, we suggested a
strategic marketing plan for Allana:
Create a temporary email list of her most dedicated customers, friends, and family and send them daily reminders to vote.
Post a daily doodle to social media as a fun way to encourage more votes from followers.
Because of Allana’s hard work and consistency in sticking to the two-week marketing plan, she secured the second-place prize of $10,000!
